CDUBTECH Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CDUBTECH Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you can earn discounts while promoting our premium automotive performance parts. Below are the terms and conditions you must agree to in order to maintain your affiliation and benefit from our exclusive discounts.
1. Affiliate Discount Levels
CDUBTECH offers two discount tiers based on sales performance. Depending on your sales, you can qualify for one of the following discount codes:
- 5% Discount Code:
- Requirements: You must generate 5 sales per quarter.
- Benefits: Use the discount code for 5% off all eligible products at checkout.
- 10% Discount Code:
- Requirements: You must generate 10 sales per quarter.
- Benefits: Use the discount code for 10% off all eligible products at checkout.
2. Sales Tracking and Commission Payout
- Sales Tracking: Your sales will be tracked quarterly, and you will be notified of your sales count at the end of each quarter.
- Commission Payout: Spiff pay will be issued on the 15th of the following month after the quarter ends. You will earn commissions at the following rates:
- 2% of total sales or a flat rate of $25, whichever is greater, for meeting the 5 sales requirement.
- If you exceed the 5 sales requirement, your spiff percentage will increase to 4% of total sales, with a minimum payout of $25.
- For meeting the 10 sales requirement, you will earn 4% of total sales, with a minimum payout of $25.
3. Promotional Codes
- Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will receive a unique promotional code via email. This code must be used at checkout to apply your discounts.
- Promotional codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered affiliate.
- You are encouraged to share your affiliate discount code with your audience to maximize your sales potential!
4. Quarterly Sales Requirement
- Each quarterly period is defined as a three-month timeframe. You must achieve the sales requirement by the end of each quarter to retain your respective discount tier.
- If you fail to meet the sales requirement, your discount eligibility will reset until the next qualified sales period.
5. Termination of Affiliate Status
- CDUBTECH reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status if you do not adhere to the outlined terms.
- You may opt out of the program at any time by providing written notice to CDUBTECH.
6. Modifications to Terms
- CDUBTECH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the affiliate program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- CDUBTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
8. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
By participating in the CDUBTECH Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR DISCOUNT CODE EXCEPT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE.
