Sponsorship Terms for CDUBTECH Automotive Performance Parts Incentives

These sponsorship terms outline the incentives available for participants in the CDUBTECH automotive performance parts sponsorship program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship Levels and Discounts

CDUBTECH offers two distinct sponsorship levels, each providing varying discounts on our automotive performance parts. Participants may choose one of the following options:

Option A: 15% Off Discount
   - Participants will receive a 15% discount on all eligible products available for online purchase.
   - Requirements: 
     - No initial purchase requirement.
     - Participants must complete at least one (1) quarterly online purchase to maintain eligibility for this discount.
   - Validity: This discount will be applied at checkout using a unique promotional code provided by CDUBTECH.

Option B: 20% Off Discount with Sponsorship Package
   - Participants opting for this package will receive a 20% discount on all eligible products available for online purchase.
   - Requirements:
     - A mystery box sponsorship package must be purchased.
     - Participants must complete at least two (2) quarterly purchases to maintain eligibility for this discount.
   - Validity: This discount will be applied at checkout using a unique promotional code provided with the mystery box package

 2. Quarterly Purchase Requirement

   - The quarterly purchase period is defined as a three-month window. Participants must meet the purchase requirements within this timeframe to remain eligible for the respective discount.
   - Failure to meet the purchase requirement by the end of the quarterly period may result in the loss of discount eligibility until the next qualifying purchase is made.

3. Promotional Codes
   - Participants will receive a unique promotional code via email after signing up for the sponsorship program. This code must be used at checkout to apply discounts.
   - Promotional codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered participant.

4. Mystery Box Sponsorship Package
   - Details regarding the contents and pricing of the mystery box will be provided upon enrollment in the sponsorship program.
   - The mystery box will be shipped to the address provided by the participant upon purchase.

5. Termination of Sponsorship
   - CDUBTECH reserves the right to terminate a participant’s sponsorship status if the terms outlined herein are not adhered to.
   - Participants may opt out of the program at any time by providing written notice to CDUBTECH.

6. Modifications to Terms
   - CDUBTECH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the sponsorship program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
   - CDUBTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the sponsorship program.

8. Governing Law
   - These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
