Product Information STILLEN has decided to step into the Subaru WRX performance market with a performance cold air intake system. This system replaces the restrictive factory air box with a genuine K&N reusable hi flow conical air filter. Replacing the factory airbox and intake tube STILLEN is able to achieve a gain of 30 wheel horsepower. The filter sits behind a laser cut, CNC formed, lightweight aluminum heat sheild. The purpose of the sheild is to keep the cold air entering through the factory intake duct into the area surrounding the air intake. This creates a cold air path which helps to ahcieve the 30 horsepower gain. During development of the 2015 Subaru WRX cold air intake STILLEN utilized one of the team members vehicles for the duribility and data acquisition testing. After thousands of miles of trouble free driving we are confidently able to say that the STILLEN FA20DIT cold air intake will not set any check engine lights. Most STILLEN High Flow Intakes are CARB Approved, while others are currently CARB Pending, and may not be 50 state legal until approved. Clean your filter regularly for best results.
